8. Vik, Iceland: This beautiful black sand beach is located in the village of Vik in the southern most part of Iceland. It is approximately 180km from Reykjavik. It is a beautiful place to watch the sun set but the water is pretty cold in even in the summer so you probably won’t enjoy swimming here.
