The beach of Ixia

Located just outside the city of Rhodes, the beach of Ixia is a long and narrow sandy beach mixed with stones, mostly equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas. Here there is always a constant wind, which makes the beach an ideal place for surfing and windsurfing, you can rent equipment directly in the various kiosks on the beach. Behind the beach there are numerous restaurants and hotels.

The beach of Agathi

The beach of Agathi is located on the southeast coast of Rhodes, near the village of Charaki. Set in a bay, the beach is made up of soft golden sand, and its waters are clear and blue. The calm, clear, shallow sea with sandy seabeds is ideal for swimming. Located just south of Faliraki, Ladiko Beach (better known as Anthony Quinn Beach) is a small but beautiful beach made up of a mixture of sand and gravel and nestled among lushly vegetated hills. Its turquoise and transparent sea is dotted with numerous reefs from different reefs, populated by numerous schools of fish. An ideal place for snorkelling, but also just for swimming, thanks to the presence of shallow and sandy bottoms. The beach of Prassonissi

The beach of Prassonissi (or “Prasonisi”) is located at the southern end of the island. Consisting of two long sandy coasts that join together to connect a small island, the beach of Prassonissi is a true paradise for surfers. During the summer season, the Meltemi blow here, constant winds from the north that make it the ideal place to practice water sports, such as windsurfing and kitesurfing. Despite the strong wind, on the beach you can find quiet corners and with calm and crystal clear waters, although they are often very cold. On the beach there are several kiosks where you can rent equipment for surfing and windsurfing (Prasonisi Surf Center), as well as some parking for campers where camping is allowed free. Near the beach there is a small village where there are some taverns, apartments for rent or hotels
