What is we could transform the sombre and dark streets into a river bursting with colorful fish? (sound amazing right?).
A group of very creative designers from South Korea in collaboration with Pantone (a proprietary colour space used in a variety of industries) in order to bring life to the rainy streets of Seoul (we should do that in London) by bringing into existence huge street paintings that only appear when it rains.
