About a decade ago or more hood ornaments on top of cars was a common thing and many car brands competed against each other for having the best.
The trend still lives today but on a much smaller scale due to problems such as people stealing the ornament of the parked cars.
This was also the reason Rolls Royce created a retractable one that could go back inside the hood when you left the vehicle.
Regardless of what’s going on today, we have to admit that hood ornaments were a pretty cool way to show your prestige or the originality of your car. One could call it a form of art.
