This past month a fluffy otter pup was born in Monterey Bay Aquarium and it’s without a doubt one of the most adorable things you’ll ever see!
The little Otter has since been cared for by its mother which always keeps it near, carrying it while floating in the water.
Otters often hold hands while floating in the water in order to stay together and not lose each other. They also sleep while floating. However, in this case since the baby otter is too young to float on its own, the mother is carrying it on top of her while floating as they sleep together. It is truly one of the sweetest and most adorable things to see during these holidays.
