Extraordinary Beautiful Rainbow Cloud Portal Appears in the Sky

The extraordinary phenomenon represented above was record accurately in pictures floating high above Eastern Victoria, Australia. The phenomenon seems to be a door to another dimension, entire with a rainbow beckoning to the other side, but there is an accurate why there bewitching cloudy formations (known as fallstreak holes) happen.
