During fall every year the ground below the 1400 year old Ginkgo Tree is covered by so many golden leaves that it appears as if there’s an ocean of gold under it!
The tree is located in a Buddhist temple called Gu Guanyin. The temple was built centuries ago near the Zhongnan Mountains of China.
The phenomenon of the leaves falling under the sage tree is so beautiful that every year many people travel there just to see it.
It one of those once in a lifetime experiences where you feel revitalized after watching such an incredible event.
