Rui Goncalo de Carvalho as the word says is a street, located in Porto Alegre (the capital of the southerner Brazilian state – Rio Grande do Sul). According to some unverified rumours, the trees were planted around 1930. Additionally, the tree planting was not done by the local workers but from employees of a German brewery.

Number of trees = more than a hundred
Height of trees = some grew up to the height of the seventh floor.
