Bactrian Camels Have The Longest Wool Coats

Bactrian Camels are a rarest breed of camels that belong to the Central Asian steppes. They are yet another critically endangered species of animals.

They are mostly domesticated and has often been used as a pack animal in the past. What’s unique about this specifies, one could call it its identity is its woolly coat, much ticker than other camels.

They also rock a mane and beard of long hair that is not what we are used to when seeing camels! Like all camels they can handle different types of extreme temperatures and that’s why for many centuries they’ve resided in the deserts.

As with most endangered animals, we need to do our best to ensure their survival, either by protecting them or by protecting their natural habitat and environment.

What do you think about our camel friends fellow lazy penguins?
