The artist’s name is Eldar Zakirov. He’s a young designer and illustrator from Tashkent who among other paintings has a a series of cat portraits stylized as classical oil paintings called The Hermitage Court Cats. The art is spectacular and the concept adorable to say the least. Our feline friends make yet another appearance on our page fellow lazy penguins!
