Sockington or Socks (socks) is a normal-looking cat that, however, has about a million and a half followers on Twitter and its own website. The story of this black and white feline began at a subway stop on the outskirts of Boston where Sockington was prowling in search of someone to feed him. After finding several foster homes, Socks the cat finally found his permanent home with Jason Scott, responsible for his fame on the Internet and on his social networks. Scott’s delicate video creations have launched this “normal” feline to digital fame, a success that his owner uses to raise funds for the adoption of other cats and dogs that, like Socks before, need a home.

This fluffy, adorable and tender cat is the most popular feline on Instagram, the famous social network whose function is to upload photos and videos. Nala the cat, is the Siamese-Persian mix. Nala can be recognized by her bright blue eyes and perfect face. She ranks in the Guinness World Records 2020 book for having the most Instagram followers for a cat.
It’s called Snoopybabe (or just Snoopy for friends) and it already has over 200,000 followers on the social network of photos. In addition, according to the British newspaper Daily Mail, it adds almost another 300,000 on Weibo, the Chinese social network. Snoopy lives in Chendu, in the Chinese province of Sichuan, but his appearance, his funny and at the same time melancholic gesture, have already made him famous all over the world.
