A series of illustrations centering around the watercolour art of Super Heroes and other popular characters from comics and video games, has gathered a lot of attention lately. The artist in question is a French girl named Clementine. Her amazing watercolours are truly well done and far more detailed than what one may expect from watercolour art.
Her secret technique involves a mix of patience, inspiration and lots of love. With such ingredient, how could the results be anything but marvelous. One thing to keep in mind about watercolour painting is that it needs to be done quick and that mistakes cannot be covered up or erased. This makes it quite challenging to produce the quality we can observe below.
