The Most Beautiful Castles In Slovenia

Continuing our series of the most beautiful castles in the world, today we’re looking at Slovenian Castles!

Slovenia has a great number and variety of castles to offer. Many of them have recently become museums that are open to the public and are an awesome attraction to visit if you’re traveling to Slovenia.

The castles are epic and not monotonous. Many of them have been renovated so they might appear in great condition while hiding a lot of history behind their walls. Not all of them are located on hills. Some feature high vantage points while others are within a town or even at the entrance of a cave, covered by rocks.
