Cirque du Soleil has more than 20 shows in production today, but the resident Cirque shows of Las Vegas are a must-see. If you have a limited amount of time in Sin City, and multiple shows to choose from, how do you select which one to attend? We have narrowed down Cirque du Soleil’s Las Vegas shows into three categories to help you choose which one might be best suited for you.
For traditional Cirque du Soleil performances
There are three shows in Sin City that characterize a more traditional take on Cirque du Soleil, with the re-invented circus acts, acrobatics, dramatic costumes, sets and storylines that have made Cirque du Soleil a household name. Guests can experience the mystery and dexterity the human body at Mystere at Treasure Island, the first Cirque du Soleil show to take up residency in Las Vegas in 1993. Meanwhile, KÀ, located at the MGM Grand, is the coming of age story of a young man and woman as they encounter love and conflict, all set on a 360-degree rotating stage. Or, head over to the Bellagio to take a journey above and below the water at O by Cirque du Soleil, a timeless aquatic production performed in, above and below a 1.5-million gallon pool.

For adult entertainment
Cirque also captures the heart of Las Vegas with two of their specialty shows – Zumanity, The Sensual Side of Las Vegas, and Criss Angel MINDFREAK Live! by Cirque du Soleil. Zumanity, a show for those 18 and older, combines the entertainment you would expect from a Cirque du Soleil show with an adult twist! Criss Angel MINDFREAK Live!, on the other hand, is an illusion spectacular that brings about some of the world’s most dangerous acts, coupled with comedy, to deliver an unparalleled illusion act to Sin City. Parental guidance is suggested for MINDREAK and content may not be appropriate for guests under the age of 12.
For great music
If you’re in the mood for music, two of the greatest tribute shows in the country reside in Las Vegas and have teamed up with Cirque du Soleil for unmatched entertainment experiences. The King of Pop’s soul is alive and well in Michael Jackson ONE, an immersive journey through Michael Jackson’s career that celebrates his legacy and innovative spirit. And, in the first major theater production that The Beatles company has agreed to produce, The Beatles LOVE serves as a rock ‘n’ roll poem, taking fans on a journey through the heart and soul of the legendary band with extravagant costumes, colorful scenes, high-energy dance routines and aerial performances. Both shows celebrate the legacies of these music icons in electrifying tributes that are unique to Sin City!
With so many different genres of shows all under the Cirque du Soleil umbrella, it’s easy to see how it would be difficult to choose which one to see on your next trip to Las Vegas.
