The title sounds scary but the things you are going to see are very scary indeed fellow lazy penguins. George’s church in the Czech Republic got worn out in poor working order after falling into despair in the 60s’ when the cave fell during a funeral. Bad omen right?
The 14th century church was abandoned by the locals the service was held outside (rather than going inside). Artist Jakub Hadrava who was commissioned to illustrate the church and make it more attractive to visitors, decided to put statues in the church – the statues are extremely frightful though.
