Creative photographer Sergey Anashkevych takes incredible images of salt flats in Crimea. This time we will focus on his work for Lake Sivash, which is also known as the “Rotten Sea”, it’s special and particularly remarkable dazzling red colours produced by the rapid propagation of Dunaliella algae in an abandoned mine.
According to Wikipedia, the Syvash or Sivash, also known as the Putrid Sea or Rotten Sea, is a large system of shallow lagoons on the west coast of the Sea of Azov.
